Has anyone seen it? What do you think of it? I have the DVD but I haven't seen it yet. I'm probably going to play it this weekend.

I haven't seen it...I heard two horses died in the making of it because of carelessness of the producers/director/whatever...so I dunno $:-\$

Before I saw it I heard about the horses and I think it is HORRIBLE! It wasn't in the news or anything about it though because they can back up that it was an "accident" but I say that accidents can be prevented if they would take the time!!

Anyway, I think the movie was really good! Its not too fakey or anything about the horse stuff... its totally different from the book though! I can't say which is better though because they are so different. Both really good....

you should read the book~ unlike the movie, Flicka is really a bright red/chestnut, the main character is a girl, and things happen pretty differently....
